Returns & Exchanges Policy

At WYNTR Collective, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and hygiene stickers must still be attached
  • Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or marks
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges depending on stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Shipping Responsibility

WYNTR Collective is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
